I believe that the Newsletters at Iowa Hi-Rise and the Insider are a valuable way to communicate, and I’m interested in helping revive any way that makes life easier to understand changes and get along with our neighbors.
What Hi-Rises have had the most success with sustaining interest and getting volunteers?
Are there any residents who have experience who would be willing to mentor residents? Or is there a St. Paul Housing employee who can make suggestions on how to revive a defunct newsletter?
